Are you 55 or older and looking for a meaningful way to engage with your community? Are you interested in having a say in the future programming of Little Mountain Neighbourhood House? Are you wanting an opportunity to engage with others in your community?

If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, we would love to hear from you. We lost some of our senior programming during the pandemic and we want to take this opportunity to help us identify the needs, gaps, programs and services you want to see in the Little Mountain Riley Park community.

Please join us on Thursday, November 30th for our Healthy Ageing Forum. We promise it to be a fun and engaging event, filled with interesting conversations, fun, and even some theatre. And lunch is included!
